TWO WEEKS UNTIL FIRST TRIAL / COMMITTEE POSITIONS VACANT
The first trial is less than two weeks away, on Saturday the 17th. We'll
be announcing the teams we are playing next week but we need you guys
down at training to get moving so we can start the season with a bang.
COMMITTEE POSITIONS VACANT - PLEASE HELP!
We now have several positions available on the committee for the 2007
season. We really need you guys to pitch in and lend a hand with the
club and volunteer to help out. There are three positions now available:
- Registrar
- Social Coordinator x2
Please email alexlight@bigpond.com if you are interested in helping
out and making 2007 a big year with Hunters.
TRAINING IS NOW ON
Pre-season training continues, every Tuesday and Thursday nights from
6.30pm. We are focusing on a mixture of fitness and some core skills
drills that Jason and the coaching staff have devised.
Registrations are taking place at training and we'll be there taking
2007 sign-ups before each training session.
TRIAL GAMES
Trials are also now confirmed. All three games will be played this year
at the Hunters Hill High School, starting on Saturday March 17th and
continuing on the 24th and 31st. Stay tuned for more information on
the times and the teams we will be playing in the trials.
KEY DATES FOR PRE-SEASON
Tuesdays and Thursdays - pre-season training, from
6.30pm
Saturday March 17 - Trial match 1 at Hunters Hill High
Saturday March 24 - Trial match 2 at Hunters Hill High
Saturday March 31 - Trial match 3 at Hunters Hill High
Saturday April 14 - Round one of 2007
