THIRD TRIAL MATCHES THIS
SATURDAY
The third trial matches are on this Saturday, at Hunters Hill
High School from 1pm.
Make sure you are there from 1pm for the first matches, as there is
no selection policy for the trials - first in, first served!
Hunters Hill High School is on either Mount Street, or Reiby Rd, Hunters
Hill, on the other side of the overpass over Burns Bay Road to the Gladesville
Bridge.
We need some volunteers to help out with the BBQ and with running the
touch lines - please email Will at will_wassell@unwired.com.au to offer
to help out.
START OF SEASON PARTY
We've
organised a massive start of season party for the first home game, against
Chatswood, on Saturday April 21 at the Pier after the game.
During and after speeches there will be $3.50 schooners until 8pm, plus
a couple of Super 14 matches - the Chiefs v Sharks at 5.35 and the Waratahs
v Highlanders at 7.40pm. There's free beer until the first points scored
in the Waratahs game, and it's one they might actually win.
So get on down and start the season in fine style, straight after the
end of first grade until late.
CLUB CAPTAIN ELECTIONS / MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER
The last training session before the first game, on Thursday 12 April
is always the night where we elect club captain for the year. Make sure
you get down and vote for the person you think will be the best leader
of the club off the field!
To help encourage attendence and boost morale, we're also having a
barbeque, and a very special guest as a motivational speaker. Make
sure you don't miss this one.

Tuesdays and Thursdays - pre-season training, from
6.30pm
Saturday March 31 - Trial match 3 at Hunters Hill High
Saturday April 14 - Round one of 2007
