LAST
WEEK: THE WRAP
What a huge weekend. There were hundreds of old dudes at the
ground, celebrating the Magnificent Sevens and Back to Hillies day,
with some of them wearing silly hats and almost all of them absolutely
p*ssed.
And a
fantastic week on the field. All grades getting up with the exception
of seconds, going down by only three points. First grade winning
their first game too! Here's to picking up all four this weekend!

NINE v BROTHERS
We're up at Roseville Chase Oval this weekend against Brothers.
Fortunately it's at the top of a hill so there's a good chance it won't
have washed away this long weekend.
But it's a good chance to go for
a clean sweep, winning all four grades this weekend. And as always, if
we win there's $400 behind the bar at the Pier for us to celebrate. So
let's put it in this weekend.
LADIES
DAY
...is the next big social event coming up - mark June 23 in your calendar
or tell your lady friend, or indeed, lady friends, to get on down.
Free Champagne, Prawns, Music, Marquee, fancy waiters and an after party at the Pier - a great day for all, especially the ladies. More details to come out later this week.
BYRON BAY TOUR ON AGAIN THIS YEAR
Chris Groves (Shapelle) has graciously put his hand up to be Tour Director
this year.
He wants names names names. Seriously! This year Byron tournament runs on Saturday and Sunday October 13 and 14. However as with last year and many years before the plan is to fly up to Balina on Friday 12th Oct, get a feel for the ground and local conditions, then return after warm-down lemonades on Monday 15th Oct.
Give your name to Grovesy.
Last Year's tour package included, tour jersey, tour shirt, shorts, socks, accommodation, transfers, tour beers, tournament entry, beach swim, team mascot, tour steaks plus various forms of entertainment along the way.
