BYRON SEVENS ON NEXT WEEKEND
It's that time of the year again, and the Hunters Hill Convicts are
hard in training for the competition next weekend (October 13 and 14).
Training is on again next Wednesday night, and the touring team dinner
is on Tuesday night. Make sure you bring your $50 deposit and your singlet
money if you haven't paid it yet.
OKTOBERFEST AND 122nd BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT THE PIER
Oktoberfest is going hard at The Pier this month, with a FREE stein
of Lowenbrau with your traditional German meals, plus German Beers on
tap all month.
Plus, The Pier's 122nd Birthday Celebration party is on Saturday October
27. Wear your best dressed 80's kit and you can win great prizes...

PAINTBALL IN NOVEMBER
Want to shoot Toolie? Now's your chance. We have confirmed the date
on Saturday November 17, at Rouse Hill Action Paintball - check out
www.actionpaintball.com.au
He needs a $40 deposit from anyone interested, which can be paid to
Towlie at Touch on Wednesday nights, or by emailing him here.
Packages ranges from $70 to $150,
with the deposit contributing towards that total cost.
CHRISTMAS PARTY DATE SET
FOR DEC 1
We have now set a date for the Christmas Party - 1 December upstairs
at The Pier. Put it in your diaries NOW, as December always fills up
fast. More details to follow.
WE NEED YOUR HELP FOR NEXT SEASON!!
We have a few positions that we really need your help with for next
season, and we are trying to fill these positions now.
The positions we need your help with are:
Ground Managers - people to help with the set up and
pack up of the ground on game days and training nights.
Newspaper Publicity Officer - someone to send the results
for our games to the newspapers on Sunday to keep the community informed.
Game day brochure production - someone to help out by producing a game
day pamphlet for every home game (9 home games total).
Social Coordinators - to help out with organising the
social events and functions throughout the season.
Tour organisers - to help out with the organisation
of the end of season touring events.
Database Manager
- to keep the contact details and emailing database up to date.
