On a day that started of nice and fine and only got better, the attempt to please a large number of ladies began with Shieldsy showing who rules his family by starting the set up at seven. So we were well prepared for the ladies when they finally came.
With a glass of moet at the door for the arrivals and DJ's Vertos playing the tunes the girls soon settled down and relaxed - even getting the masseurs to do table service. Quality food, wine and rugby(?) followed.
To the ladies who came and to those who even brought friends along I would firstly like to thank you for joining us on the weekend and secondly say that we hope you enjoyed it .
Thanking everyone who helped out on the day would take forever but big thanks must go to Mrs Sue Roach (roosters mum) who took time out of her week and weekend to help me get the day organised (and to quash some of my more random ideas) as well as providing the excellent food for the day. Thanks must also go to Cam Van O, Tim and Alex V, Rod Salmon and Shieldsy for their help on the day as well as our two sponsors for the day: Hire One and Crust Pizza.
