Virgin Australia advised that flights to Byron are now as follows:
DJ1141 depart sydney 2:20pm, arrive Ballina 3:35pm Friday 14th October 2011
DJ1142 depart Ballina 4:05pm, arrive Sydney 5:25pm Monday 17th October 2011.
The 2011 HHRFUC Byron Tour sees us heading to Byron as the Penguins.
Tour is Friday 14th to Monday 17th October, & includes 7s Rugby, Schapelle's Mystery Tour, all the sites, sounds, smells & experiences of Byron, Steaks on a plane, a live in professional comedian, and much much more. If interested, see Schapelle (0402 816 126) or Ralf (aka McGyver, he of the commando rolls). ALL club members (Cats as well) are encourgaged to tour. Spots are limited and filling fast. The Annual Hunters Hill Rugby Union Football Club Annual General Meeting will be held at Gladesville Sporties on November the 24th Thursday night at 7:30pm.

2nd December 2011 Fundraiser Dinner
We have booked a table of ten for Hunters Hill Rugby at a special fundraiser dinner (invite attached and details in email below) to raise funds for a school to be built in Zimbabwe as a memorial to Kundayi Chiundiza, a year 12 boy who passed away last year after incurring an injury playing rugby for St Andrews School.
This a very worthy cause and one that Hunters Hill Rugby is supporting. Please think seriously about coming along and joining Kylie and I at this event on the Friday 2nd of December. I often think what it would have been like if someone within our club had a serious injury and hope that we would get great support from the wider rugby community.
It is going to be a great night with a terrific lineup of guest speakers as well as lots of prizes and auction items. More
