The lists below are mainly after 1973, due to a large fire in that year destroying earlier records, where surviving records have given us some information, we have added that in.
The Board of Management was formed for season 2009. This has eventually resulted in the term of President and Vice-President becoming exclusively Board of Management positions, with the equivalent position in the Seniors Sub-Committee’s being referred to as Chairman and Vice-Chairman. The introduction of a Vice Chair: Women’s Rugby in 2018 has also resulted in a slight terminology change. For ease of communication, we have used the current terminology for the below.
The start of the Women’s Club in 2017 at first saw the Club Captain covering both sections of the club in 2017 and 2018, however in 2019 the Women’s Club elected their first Club Captain. There has been no change in terminology to reflect the leadership shown by both Club Captains to the entire club.
Depending on the year, the below lists refer to positions held as a Club, a Seniors-Subcommittee or the Men’s equivalent position. An * indicates office bearers who were the office bearer of the Juniors during WWII, when the Metropolitan Sub-District Rugby Union (Subbies) competitions were not held.
